AixViPMaP implements the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR of the European Union in consultation with the Data Protection Office of RWTH Aachen University.
| What personal data is processed? | The personal name, an official email address as well as the affiliation to an organization are processed. |

| For what purpose is personal data processed? | Personal data is used for authentication (proof of identity) and authorization ( assignment of rights) |
| How long will personal data be stored? | Personal data of a user is stored for the duration of the user account. When a user deletes his user account, all personal information of the user will be deleted. |
| Is personal data forwarded to third parties? | No, a transfer of personal data to third parties does not take place. |
We hereby inform you that in accordance to Article 15 et seq. GDPR under the conditions defined there you have the right of disclosure about your personal information as well as the correction, deletion and restriction of processing, a right to object to the processing and the right to have data portability. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority under Article 77 of the GDPR if you believe your personal data infringes this regulation. If the processing is based on your concent (see Article 6 (1)(a), Article 9 (2)(a) GDPR), you also have the right to revoke the consent at any time, without the legality on the basis of your consent being touched until the revocation.
